Schöck offers employees the opportunity to keep up to date and develop in their specialist area. This is ensured by an established further training system which is oriented towards and supports the corporate goals. Over and above the measures defined here, employees are invited to participate in further internal and external training measures to expand their knowledge and skills. The completed measures are recorded by the HR department via a digital learning management system and can be viewed by the respective employees and their managers at any time. The learning management system is used to plan, manage and report on internal and external further training measures. At the same time, digital learning content can be created and made available to all employees in the system.
