Preparing reinforcement
Install the Schöck IDock® slab element in the on-site reinforcement. The Schöck IDock® edge element ensures exact positioning in the formwork.
Schöck Isokorb® XT/T type K-ID opens up new perspectives for the installation of balconies. With this system, precast balconies or canopies can be subsequently anchored to the new building. This means more flexible construction process and production in the precast plant. Slab concreting and balcony anchoring times are now independent of each other. Pour the concrete and wait for it to harden. Remove the recesses of the slab element and the edge element before installing the balcony.
Place the Schöck Isokorb® ID of the precast balcony in the openings provided. The optimal time for this step is after the structural work and before installing the windows.
Fill the recesses in the slab with freshly poured concrete. Within 48 hours, the concrete has hardened, and the balcony has its full load-lbearing capacity.
