Years of research form the basis for the optimisation of the shear force dowel Stacon® type SLD. In extensive series of tests, heavy duty dowels are tested and optimised according to the latest technical standards for longitudinal and transverse displacement, the load-bearing capacity of concrete and steel and their fire behaviour.
The result is the shear force dowel Schöck Stacon® type SLD with European Technical Approval (ETA) with fire protection classification R 120.

Schöck Stacon® type SLD has smaller dimensions, for higher load-bearing capacities in thinner components. In addition, less reinforcement is required on site. - Convenient planning
Shear dowels and thermal insulation elements can be easily designed with the web-based software Schöck Scalix®. The required on-site reinforcement is automatically optimised.

The fire protection classification R 120 is specified in the European Technical Assessment (ETA).
